First off, Happy New Year! I hope 2019 is going to be a blast for all of us. It is also the day that I’m kind off relaunching my blog and committing to being a regular blogger again. I guess a good way to kick off this new year is with a little look back on what is behind us. So here is my 2018 in photos.
In 2018 I started bullet journaling. To be honest though, I really didn’t do a good job. I did it in the first few months and then I just didn’t… Hopefully, I can manage to do a better job this year. But I do really like that I started doing this. It’s such a fun thing to do. And spending so much time being online, it is quite refreshing to do something totally offline. I bought a new fresh bullet journal for 2019, and I can not wait to start journaling in it. There’s just something about a new, empty journal!
You probably know by now that I really love going to concerts. It is just the best thing in the world. And in 2018 I went to some amazing concerts. I went to see Imagine Dragons, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Ed Sheeran and Justin Timberlake. Literally, all of them were so so great. I wouldn’t have wanted to miss them and I would go to any of their concerts again in a heartbeat. My next concerts are already planned as well, I’m going to see Shawn Mendes and Ariana Grande this year.
I went on Summer holiday in Tuscany again last year. Just like 2017. A different area in Tuscany though, so we mostly saw new places that we’d never been before. It was a wonderful holiday. I just love Tuscany, and Italy in general. I guess it’s just my happy place.
Plants… my love for plants really blossomed in 2018. I got so many plants – though a lot didn’t survive. I’m not the best plantmama, but I’m trying. And I just love having plants around me. They make me happy. Now that it’s January I can’t wait for spring to arrive, because my plant babies are really struggling right now, as it is winter. I think they’re craving sun and a little bit more warmth…
It’s been a good year when it comes to Bookstagram. I’m quite proud of the content I’ve managed to produce this past year. I feel like I have finally found my style, my thing. And it brings me so much joy. Bookstagram is just a wonderful place. I hope that 2019 will be an even better way for me when it comes to the gram.
And there you have it, my 2018. Now there’s only one thing for me left to say… Happy New Year!
